GLO MARINE OFFICES
Starting from the company’s identity and core values, we developed a design concept called “controlled labyrinth”, which organizes the spaces into three layers inspired by the company’s field of activity:
- The Sea – the large-scale production area, where interventions focus on chromatic accents in signage and general lighting;
- The Shore – the common areas, designed as zones of transition and interaction;
- The Surface – the office spaces, designed to reflect the company’s values.
The company’s visual identity was integrated both chromatically and conceptually, reflecting its values directly in the organization and expression of the spaces. The result is a workplace environment that connects brand, values, and daily operations.

Within the office areas, the company’s values were translated into a coherent and recognizable architectural language:
■ Transparency – through materials that allow visual communication between spaces while maintaining the necessary level of privacy (glass partitions, glass blocks, perforated metal panels).
■ Meticulousness – expressed through aesthetic consistency (materials, color palette, details) and through clean, orthogonal lines, a minimalist approach, and strong functionality.
■ Inclusivity – ensuring the same level of comfort and functionality for both office employees and production staff, while creating connecting spaces that encourage interaction.
■ Innovation – through a multifunctional space designed to accommodate exhibitions, workshops, training sessions, or corporate events.
■ Sustainability – by using recycled or reusable materials and energy-efficient solutions.
