This office building from the 40s located on Calea Victoriei, one of the main boulevards of Bucharest and a highly protected historical area, was completely restored. Despite its privileged position, the building was abandoned for several years, but is now being reintegrated into the urban fabric. Today, the building houses office and commercial spaces on the ground floor, keeping its original destination. The intervention involved structural retrofit works, adapting the interior layout, as well as discreet restoration of the historical facades using traditional material and techniques.
