PANORAMIC VIEW RENEWAL
We design the restoration of a single-family house built between 1906-1910, in an area with a unique view of the city, preserving its historical identity and bringing the contemporary comfort:
- Structural retrofit and modernization of facilities
- Larger, arched-shaped windows for more light and panoramic views
- Terraced light courtyards that bring comfort to the basement.
- Chromatics and contemporary materials, sensitive to the context.
This intervention brings back to life a fragment of the city’s heritage, highlighting the relationship between the memory of the place and contemporary functionality.
