AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Affordable housing should offer more than an accessible place to live. This project brings together practical homes, generous outdoor spaces and opportunities for everyday interaction, creating a welcoming setting for a small residential community.

The building accommodates 48 apartments across four residential floors, with 12 homes on each level and parking at ground level. The façades combine white surfaces with soft sage-green accents, while generous balconies extend the living spaces outdoors.

Shared spaces are central to the design. A communal rooftop terrace with planting provides a place to relax and spend time with neighbours, complemented by green spaces and a playground at ground level. These areas give residents room to meet, play and connect, making community life an integral part of an affordable housing approach.
