MARCA RESIDENCE
Our project consists of two low-rise apartment buildings designed on a small, narrow, and elongated lot, with a focus on maximizing space within planning limitations while still offering the kind of space suited for upscale living.
The 22 apartments have different connections to the outdoors: the ground floor units enjoy terraces and private gardens, the first and second floors apartments have balconies, while the top-floor mansard apartments feature larger and more private terraces.
The parking spaces and technical rooms are all on the underground level. The facade showcases a combination of ventilated fiber cement and ceramic cladding.
