Originally constructed in the 1960s, the house was revitalized by combining structural reinforcement, interior layout enhancements, and facade refurbishment.
The guiding principle behind the makeover was to (re)integrate the house within its historical surroundings, fostering a harmonious coexistence with neighboring structures and capturing the essence of the local architectural heritage.
Structurally, the house underwent a complete reinforcement process, ensuring its stability for years to come. The interior layout was thoughtfully reimagined, enhancing the functionality and flow of the living spaces according to the clients ‘needs.
The (re)integration process was a testament to the commitment of preserving the rich heritage of the neighborhood. The project aimed to honor the past while embracing the present, creating a residence that stands as a symbol of architectural continuity.
