P HOUSE

Nestled within a charming historical area, this architectural project revives a house constructed in the 1990s, transforming it into a seamless blend of modernity and tradition. The revitalization effort focused on integrating the structure more harmoniously into its surroundings, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood.

The key transformation involved the addition of a new floor atop the existing house, designed to complement the architectural style prevalent in the area. By aligning with the historical context, the new floor seamlessly merges with the house's original form, maintaining a sense of continuity while introducing a fresh, contemporary touch. The facades underwent a refurbishment process to align them with the traditional architectural elements found in the neighboring historical monuments.

Interestingly, the renovation project encompassed more than just the house in question. The two houses on the left and right, both historical monuments, underwent simultaneous refurbishment. This synchronized revitalization further enhanced the area's overall appeal, creating a cohesive visual harmony.

The (re)integration process aimed to honor the historical significance of the neighborhood while embracing the present and future aspirations of the client.
