The masterplan introduces two distinct house typologies, designed to accommodate different family structures while maintaining a coherent architectural language. Variations in volume, façade treatment, and outdoor space create rhythm and identity across the ensemble.
A compact community core anchors the site, integrating a kindergarten, small retail spaces, and shared services, offering daily convenience within walking distance and reinforcing the neighborhood's self-sufficiency.
